FF Javascript Console - Evaluate

Does anybody know how to use the Firefox 'Evaluate' input line on their FF Javascript Console? It looks like it must be good for something, the console itself is such a great help. I googled it but, there was tons of unrelated information.

It just lets you execute JavaScript.
Enter code into input, click evaluate.
Saves you having to build a whole page to test a single statement of JS. Very useful indeed.
