Hey Guys, I would like to create a tooltip that appears when you mouse-over a city, as seen on the following map, that displays the current time in that city:

I know there are various tooltip scripts, such as this one. And I also know about the Local Time Script.

What I don't know, is how to combine the two. Can anyone help?
