Help Me Plz? My monitor screen is behaving pretty badly. it blinks a lot in a certain period of time. Can anyone give a solution to this problem?

You need to start posting more information when you ask a question. That means, for this question, you need to tell us what kind of monitor, what operating system, when this happens, etc. And "blinking" isn't very clear. What does that mean?

The monitor might be old.

You can try changing the refresh rate and see if that helps (that is "60 hertz" or "70 hz")
