Cross browser Marquee

I have a website with css with a header and a left column. I have a liquid center. I would like to adjust the marquee so it changes sizes with the size of the window. If there is any way i can do this please let me know...

Not, as far as I know, without refreshing the page on window resize or resolution changes. If that won't mess up other things on your page (forms for example), check out this thread:
