Need help with validation

I would like people to enter either the phone or address and description of problem.

So i need some kind of validation script or other? I am really not sure.

Did pretty much what i need, except for i need one or the other (Phone or Address) and problem - most of these make both phone and address required.

I am will to pay for help, to someone that needs it as a side job.
