Web Host recommendation needed

I am looking for a web host that supports transcoding video from quicktime format into flash. I have a client that wants the ability to allow customers to upload videos to their web site, but they don't want to have to download them and convert them to flash themselves.

Anyone know of such a web host?

This isn't something a webhost provides.
You would need to add software to do it.
It would, however, probably be server intensive. You'd need a lot of space, bandwidth, and processing power (and no limits on processor use). You'd also need to be able to install things on the server, probably, so it wouldn't be ok with limited access.
Aside from that, the rest is up to you.

Try to seek host/dedicated server with preinstalled phpMotion and clipshare or either FFMpeg-PHP. I guest cirtex webhosting had packages for it. But the package are still limited for my view. As mention above it required more space, bandwidth and money.
