"Animated Collapsible DIV v2.01" & "Site Logo Script (Geocities Watermark)" Conflict?

(Note: This problem occurs when using IE v6 SP3, IE v7, Firefox v3.0.1)
When both scripts are enabled on the same html, the 'site logo' does not seem to be positioned at the lower right corner, rather above the lowest <div> of the 'Animated Collapsible DIV' (for IE) and appears on the left with Firefox.
