Windows Vista Networking Question - IP Address

Hi all,

I have a Windows Vista machine in which I have installed XAMPP and everything works well when I browse the pages like any of the following manner:

http://localhost/mypage.htm

or

http://127.0.0.1/mypage.htm

But when I try to access the page using the following methods from my machine, they are not working:

http://192.168.0.34/mypage.htm

or

http://codex/mypage.htm

The above mentioned methods works from another machine, when they access my machine over network it works correctly.

This was working in Windows XP SP2 and I wonder why it is not working in Vista.

If anyone knows this problem and its solution please let me know
