Not too shabby! There's something about the font style/ size that makes it look unprofessional somehow...

Really? I really thought that "Calibri" would give it just the right touch... LOL

Maybe the font should be a little smaller? I'm really not big on bold, but I dunno.

It's just my opinion of course, and the font size can easily be changed by whoever's using it. Some more testing:

1) Not a big deal, but in IE7, I noticed that if I zoom in or out the entire page, the menu's width shrinks until the mouse moves over the menu items.

2) In Safari 3.x Windows, decreasing the front size causes the highlight effect to break somewhat when the mouse rolls over a menu item.
