Help with thumbnails

3) Describe problem: I'm new here. Just signed up today. First of all thank you for such a great site. It is very helpful to someone like me who struggles with HTML and websites. I'm just doing one for a friend. Here's what she wants me to do and I think the answer lies under Image Thumbnail Viewer. She wants me to put small photos that when clicked on become bigger. Okay, so the Thumbnail Viewer looks like what I should use, but what I'm not understanding is the "The code references three files, which you should download below:

* thumbnailviewer.css
* thumbnailviewer.js
* loading.gif (used by the "loading" div message)..."

Where do I load these codes into my site? I looked at The Developer's View and saw that they are linked, but where?
