Anyone know where I can get a live clock complete with seconds and time zone option?

I tried the one from http://www.zip.com.au/~astroboy/liveclock/ but after using it for a few weeks, it just suddenly disappeared and won't come back. I repasted the code and redownloaded the script from that site and pratically redid everything, but it still won't work. I can't rely on that site anymore and I'm looking for a new script. Also, I really hate those clocks that show the time using a digital font, so I'm looking for one that displays the time in simple text form. Thank you for taking time to read this.
