LOL, you're right (i think). Someone could very easily just go through the entire forum and say "thank you" to every single solitary post and very quickly become an "elite" coder.

However, I have not done that... (i don't think)

Yea, I found that out a while back. I had made several posts in the lounge, but my post count hadn't changed... It makes sense though, I mean... We're not really posting anything "worthwhile" in the lounge.

Lol, true. It's a good system. If your rank is affected by what you post in the "real" forums, then it should be half decently accurate.

Anyhow, a person who gets his self-esteem out of his DD-ranking as a coder is someone rather pathetic. (That goes for the ladies too: I used 'his' for humans in general).
