Pop-It Menu getting hidden in .Net

Hello:

I am trying to integrate the Pop-it menu with my ASP.Net code.
I was able link the <a> tag to the client-side functions. The <a> tags are within a DataGrid column. When i click on the hyperlinks the menu opens behind the datagrid. In short I can't access the menu. How can I adjuest the code so that the menu appears infront of the datagrid?

The datagrid has a z-index of 104. !

Assuming your syntax is correct and that there is no other reason for the data grid to take precedence (such as its not being treated as an ordinary html element), simply going its z-index one better for the menu will do it say, 105. Also, both items in this z-index dance must have their position property set either by the float property (not 100% reliable) or the position property itself being set to absolute or relative.

The hyperlinks in my datagrid column is set dynamically in the code.
Besides there could be more than one hyperlink(<a> tag>) per datagrid column.
I have set the z-index in the style sheet for the menu to 105;\
Should I add a z-index for <a> tag too? or somewhere else..

When i minimize the browser I can see the partial menu on the sides..

I put z-index code with in the A {} menu
It should be in
#dropmenudiv { Z-INDEX: 105;}
