postioning different on Mozilla and IE help please

I am coding a layout here: dynamic.modernrevolutions.net and i am using the method where you have the top image then the image the repeats down to continue the strips. However when i get it to line up on IE it messed up in Mozilla. any suggestions? just view the page in both IE and mozilla and you will see what i mean. please help

I get the same thing. However, I use IE 7, are you using IE 6 or lower?

@ IllustriousLyts: I'm pretty sure that in all of the many posts you have posted on here we've all told you the same thing. That you're going to have to get a "foundation" to your site before you can even think about fixing it. You have to start with proper format before you can even THINK about trying to give a site some style. below is your code, you're missing a WHOLE lot of what's needed for a proper web page... I'm surprised that the browsers are even interpreting it as well as what they are now.

the coding technique i used for this layout was have the top pic and then a sliver of the columns and repeat it all the way down the page to make it look like they keep going. However that means i have to line the background image with the top image, and trying to make the layout compatable in both Mozilla and IE its nearly impossible and since most people us IE it looks perfect in IE, however in Mozilla the top pic is about <u>1 pixel off</u> to aligning with the background pic. I know that kendra is prob pulling her hair out right now cuz of it but i've tried everything and so far no luck. I will continue trying but i cant gurantee i can fix it. <br>

Yep, you guessed it. More problems with the site. Josh is letting me use his code and start from scratch with it.  This way it should be the same on ie and mozilla like his is! UGHH.

Yes, the old layout was messed up on internet explorer so until i decide to make another "difficult" one again i'm going to use this one as a temp. I'm still working on it though so sit tight :D
