I've seen this used on different Invisionfree boards, and have been baffled as to how they achieve this. I am talking about how some members on a board have a different color background to their posts, compared to what other have. One member will have a dark black, while another might have a bright yellow.

Does anyone know how they achieve this? I have been scouring the internet for hours and have come up with no answers so far.
