contact forms

please, anyone knows how to make a feedback/contact form, and the text that is typed inside would be any color i want, for example green.

please help.

I also want this form, where people can leave feedback...
if possible, leaving feedback for pictures, kind of like a blog, where the picture comes up and people can post there thoughts on the pictures.

real simple, and no need for user/pass for each user.

also, a form for people to upload there own pictures to the site so it appears in the gallery would also be good

You will need a server-side language to be installed on your server.
Do either of you have such a language installed?

go to [a href=http://www.mycontactform.com]www.mycontactform.com[/a] and get an account, and make all the contact forms you want, with colors, sizes, hyperlinks, etc... it's pretty nice. I used one at [a href=www.animalsoft.biz.ly/contact_me]my contact me at my site[/a]. Check it out. Usefull?
