Centering multi-level menu

As in the demo, the menu I have created sits to the left of the screen, and I am struggling to center it. Basically. I've tried endless things, gone through the css and javascript files involved, but no amount of fiddling so far has fixed my problem. So any help much appreciated!

See my last post here for a solution: http://www.dynamicdrive.com/forums/s...ad.php?t=34558 It mainly just comes down to editing the CSS of the menu to not use "float:left" for the main menu items.
