pictures clickable help?

okay i made a collage of pictures i have seen sites where its a collage but then u click on certain pictures and it takes you to a bigger picture of it...its like they outlined that part of the picture somehow and linked it. do you know what im talking about? Does anyone know how to do this or know of a good website to refer me to?
