Glossy Accordion Menu Page Flicker

3) Describe problem:
I have worked out some of the issue with the Flicker. Now the flicker is only occurring in IE7 and not FF. The menu is the only thing that flickers in IE7 when I click a link to go to a new section on my site. I do have a valid DocType in the header as this was mentioned in the description.

Any ideas of why this happens would be appreciated.
