Menu Name = HV

i tried to use HV Menu by using frames, left frame and right frame,
HV Menu works fine when i loaded the page initially,
but when i displayed a document on right frame, only the first level of menu can be seen and sub levels doesnt appear,
what is the problem ? needs help.............
