Rollover works in IE but hits a hurdle in FireFox 3
Hi and thanking anyone for a reply. I have Windows XP and Internet Explorer 7.
With great delight I was able to implement CSS into my blogger blog with this Dynamic Link:
http://www.dynamicdrive.com/style/cs...image-gallery/
It works according to plan, even with it crossing over to my sidebar. Thank you Dynamic Drive!
Problem:
One viewer has commented:
"The rollover works just fine in IE7, but not in Firefox 3. The problem there is that the larger picture truncates at the left edge of your sidebar."
Please, is there a remedy for this and how would I go about it?
Thank you and take care,
Peter McCartney

Possible remedy
Hi again. To overcome this, one possible remedy would be to have the enlarged image appear at the bottom of the two rows of images as shown in the link below, instead of to the right:
http://www.dynamicdrive.com/style/cs...image-gallery/
I have tried to change the CSS in the first example within the above link but have failed. Any ideas on how to do this, please.
Thanking anyone for a reply:

Hi Peter,
I have used that DD gallery too and have had similar problems. I cannot offer an answer but I would like to say what a really interesting blog you have. You have talent in writing too.
Excellent.

Thanks Harry
Hi and thank you Harry for replying. Yes, it's a bit of a bug bear but one that I hope to work out. I almost had a workaround when I put gallerycontainers codings, with different settings, in two blogger blog widgets.
One for a post with the thumbnails below each other and one for another post with the thumbnails side by side as shown in the Dynamicdrive example. I even gave them different names, but one overides the other.
Anyway, thanks again - Peter

Update
With the help of a new acquaintance "Narrowband" the problem in my last thread has been solved. I had two unique gallerycontainer names but I did not rename the thumbnail references. When I did my problem was solved.
First gallerycontainer ref:
<div class="gallerycontainer"><a class="thumbnail" href="#thumb">
<br /><a class="thumbnail" href="#thumb">
Second gallerycontainer ref:
<div class="bgallerycontainer"><a class="bthumbnail" href="#thumb">
<br /><a class="bthumbnail" href="#thumb">
Hope this helps anyone with the same problem.
Thank you for your assistance and thank you, "Narrowband" - regards Peter
