I have been playing around with this and searching for a solution for a couple of hours and finally decided to ask for some help.

What I am trying to accomplish is setting my 'star' image to fit nicely between the main menu/content panel and the main menu/header image.

What I want the image to do is float on top of the rest of the page.

Can anyone give me some advice or point me in the right direction on how to achieve this effect?
