how to fix html page in every resuletion

i am working on a web site i want to fix html page in every resuletion. plz


help me

"fix" it? what's broken? or do you want the page to look *exactly* the same regardless of screen res? That would be quite a bit of tedious work. Do you know how to use CSS? You'd have to define every measurement (font size, line height, margins, etc., etc., etc.) in terms of pixels or something like.
