javascript and .swf files

Hi all,

I've found a few good resources online but have yet to manage this myself. I'm building a site right now that is html/css but using flash galleries. When the html nav buttons are clicked, I want it to load a new swf without having to have a new html page. The .swf files also use XML to bring in the image and images information. Wondering if anyone has any resources on exactly how to achieve this using javascript.
