Default Table in IE (Help me, urgent, assignment)

Why is the top of the table cell covers my paragraph when I try moving it up using CSS? Give me a solution please, my site purely based on (X)HTML and CSS ONLY.

You may want to re-asses the font face in the main menu. I spent 10 seconds trying to translate the second button, and the others were no joyride either. Your visitors will have about the same amount of patience, probably a bit less.

@dakaa - I suspect its an issue with your margin / padding and/or the height and/or the vertical-align (as spinethetic said)

@spinethetic - On average a user makes up their mind in 0.5seconds from first visiting the site. This is due to human nature and the rule of subconscious first impressions. Now on that note, if a user comes to this site and doesn't speak the language I suspect they will leave immediately, and if if they could translate the language in that next, I suspect they would not spend 1/2 as much time attempting to.
