I am a bit of a n00b w/ mysql, and I'm having trouble decrypting this error.

What does this mean? It works fine when I run it on my own computer. My hosting service is godaddy.com, so I dont quite know what is going on with their mysql or phpadmin. Any suggestions? Let me know if you need any more info.
