CSS Liquid Layout #3.6 - Help with altering

I have been unsucessfully trying to alter CSS Liquid Layout #3.6- (Fluid-Fixed-Fluid). I need the leftmost column to act exactly like the rightmost column. In other words, I need the center column to be fixed at 650px and the left and right columns to be of equal width, but colapse and expand equally as the browser is resized left to right.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
