Jason's Date Input Calendar not working in Master Page

Dear Friends

Platform: Asp.net page

I have a master page where I have included all the required calender javascript files. I have a form in the master page whose id='form1' and name='form1'.

Now I have a child page which use the above mentioned master page.
I have place the link to display the calendar but it is not poping up.

Please give me some idea on how to Jason's Date Input Calendar in case of Master Page.


(Its ok when not using master page)
