how can i use the button in my site to download my mp3 file ??? (in flash)

i dont wanna use "getURL".....

for example in "http://remix.nin.com" we can download the mp3s....but its dont work in IE....

help.....i wanna use this to my site... tnx

Why not? It's by far the simplest way to do it.

But nonetheless, there does exist an alternate method to allow for downloading of files via Flash. With the FileReference Class's download method, you can force a download of any file.

The LiveDocs have plenty of examples. I gathered that you might not have too much experience with ActionScript so I wouldn't have posted a link if I didn't think it was useful. Please have a look and if you have any specific questions about how to accomplish something, post back.

By the way, why exactly can't you use getURL?
