Drop down menus

i have seen the style of menu i want for my site on another site, but cant find the code anywhere, the menu is on www.maxpower.co.uk, the same style but in blue with white outlines and white txt. anyone got script for that??

also im trying to create a page with a section just across the middle of the page with a logo and a click to enter, ive dun it it frames, but if you dont maxamise the window then the middle frame disapera, is there anyway of locking the frames, iv tured off scroll but i need them to keep there shape.

Menus don't come in various colors. You have to configure them to have the colors and other style you wish. One that can be configured like your example link's menu is:
