    Default Shifting/Missing pixels in Slideshow

I used dynamic drive's 'Ultimate Fade-in slideshow (v1.51)' for my website. As it plays, it looks like some pixels in the rotating images are missing and shifting around. I am also seeing this same problem in my lightbox galleries. Does anyone have any idea why this is occurring // how can this problem be fixed? Also, I am using internet explorer (I think this problem doesn't occur in other browsers).

Do you have a link to your site where we can see this problem? That would help greatly in troubleshooting.

I'm not able to replicate this issue on my computer -- in IE6 and IE7. Have you tried accessing your site on other computers? Are you able to replicate this issue?

Just to clarify...we are talking about the slideshow on the homepage, correct?

It is the slideshow on the homepage we are talking about (although I am seeing the problem in the lightbox galleries too). On other browsers this problem isn't apparent--it's some sort of IE bug...

Again tested on two different computers and wasn't able to replicate the bug. Have you been able to replicate this on other computers? I'm thinking that this bug is specific to your computer.

Hmm..weird. I still can't replicate on my end. Maybe I'm not understanding the glitch. I suggest you post in the right forum and see if ddadmin knows what this is about.

That script has nothing to do with Flash.

Warning: Please include a link to the DD script in question in your post. See this thread for the proper posting format when asking a question.

I'm unable to duplicate the bug either (IE7 Windows XP). What version of IE are you using? The script uses IE's multimedia filters (specifically, Alpha filter) for the fade effect, which in earlier versions of IE is a little buggy.
