    Question Cross-Frame Menus

My boss just tasked me to do something that I'm not sure can be done. So I'm asking you guys. Preface: I'm making a simple website for my work (cuz our current one SUX!). Three rows of frames (145,*,50). Top one is a header (noresize scrolling=no), middle is the main site (noresize), and the bottom is our address and phone numbers (noresize scrolling=no). Now here's the problem: my boss has been on the internet enough to find one of those rare sites with drop-down menus. lol Anyways, he wants me to put a drop down menu at the bottom of the header frame; thus putting the menu portion across the frame borders. WTF! So I need to know if theres a script that will do it or if you know of a solution that would work in this case. Thanks ahead of time.
