problem with form submission script

hello I created a form submission with frontpage
and when I try to send it to my email it gives me WEBBOT or something like that and doesnt give me anything this is what he gives me after I submit the form - http://www.healthnfit.org/--WEBBOT-SELF--

how can I fix it that it will actually work?

I believe that's a feature requiring your server to have Frontpage Server Extensions installed. Your one seems not too, evidently.
You need a form mailer by the looks of it.
