Can anyone help me with MS Access Data base

This is my first time using MS Access Data base and Visual studio C#,

how do i transfer data from visual studio web application to MS Access and later on retrive the data ?

I know zip about visual studio web application, but if you have your data in a database on a web server, you may be able to set up an ODBC connection in Access and then "Get External Data", connect to the web database, and import the tables you need to Access. I import tables to Access from MySQL all the time and then export them to MySQL after I've worked on them. I can work faster in Access than phpMyAdmin.
