Question Traces of an iframe window as it positions itself in the center

    1) Script Title: DHTML Window Widget (v1.1)

    2) Script URL (on DD): http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamici...ndow/index.htm

    3) Describe problem:
    Hi everyone,
I am experiencing an issue with the DHTML Window widget and this issue so far only happens on Firefox (I am using v2.0.0.14). When I click on an iframe link, an iframe window opens up in the center of the browser window. If you click on the same iframe link again, you will see the traces of the iframe window as it positions itself in the center of the browser window.

I will provide a link to a screenshot and a link to my example page.

Is there anything that I can do, so the traces of the iframe window will not show up as it positions itself? Thank you very much.

From what I can see this is just due to Firefox's slower redraw rate, at least when it comes to IFRAME elements. Not sure if this helps, but instead of calling moveTo() after opening the DHTML window, try centering it using the attribute "center=1" instead:

    Code:
    <a href="#" onclick="googlewin=dhtmlwindow.open('googlebox', 'iframe', 'http://www.google.com', 'Google', 'width=300px,height=200px,resize=0,scrolling=0,center=1'); return false">show me google</a>
