How to make div text scroll vertically when mouse hover over image up or down?

Im trying to make a div which texts scrolls vertically when you hover over up and down images.

I found the following site;

I got as far as 'Initializing the Code' but I cant figure out where to put the code below that heading. Im assuming its java script but i dont know what to save the file as.

Can anyone help with this or suggest a different resource/ method of doing this?

The link is near the top. The archive contains all the files you need to get started, including demo pages.

Notes: This is not a free script. It may be free for use under certain limitations.

There are other scripts, each that do at least some of the things that this script does. If you need it to be free, you could probably find a free script for what you want this one for.

I downloaded the zip file. I has a bunch of examples and a link to that site for how to make them.

If anyone knows a free license solution please give me a link!
