Free form builder

Hello Guys

I've been scouring the web looking for an easy to use free form builder . The sort of thing that I can use to ask a dozen or so questions with radio fields, text input fields, that sort of thing.

I've signed up to a couple of things only to find out that there is a charge at the end of it...

Is there a freebie alternative??

Do you need help building a form? or do you need a service to host the form and email you results etc...?

The former is easy to find. Google shows up lots. This one looks particularly promising.

If it's the latter...I don't have any free hosts to recommend (some others might). But you might need their services. How are you hosting your website? Using a free service? If not, do you have PHP available on your server? If you do...you could build your own script! There are tons available for free online as well.
