New Session only Drop-In box not working in IE

3) Describe problem: This is working great in FF, but the drop-in doesn't work at all in IE. If I put it back to every time page loads, it works fine in both.

Any ideas? I just directly copied the code with no changes.

What version of IE, and is it the primary IE on that computer?

I've tried multiple versions of IE on different machines. Versions 6.0.2900.2180 and 7.0.5730.11, both the primary version on the computer.
