Help-Dynamic-FX slide in menu v6.5

hi all-I have found this very useful side menu bar but cannot force the links to open within my frameset. Can anybody give any advice on this matter?

Solved the prob though trial and error.
It did turn out to be something really simple but thought i would post a second message, if anything to help any other amature with the same prob

Simply insert the frame name into the second set of ""

So simple an yet caused so much frustration
thanks all anyway-am happy now
