need help on unidentified error with dream weaver and php connection

hi,
i am new in mySql, the error which i am facing is that when i want to connect to
mysql with dream weaver, i get an error that "unidentified error". I m using WAMP5, and i am creating a dynamic page in dream weaver. my sql is running fine. i m using windows xp.

any help please.
