Need castle Drawbridge opening for enter site link $

This would be in Flash, I would think, I can't imagine any other way to do it.

You can just use a square image of anything, and I can edit the .fla later and replace it with the actual bridge image, or if you can find or make a wooden looking bridge image, that would be OK.

It would first be up, looking straight at the castle, so it would look like a rectangle,
then click it to make it come down and end up like this: / \ then, once down, would switch to a different page.

I'd like to have the whole focus of the page shrink (so actually everything would get bigger) and get an effect like the viewer is going into the castle door that has opened, but that might get a bit too involved, and my client is trying to do this cheap.

Any help would be appreciated.

Yah, she's a tightwad, hah. She only wants to spend about $75 for everything I described, or she'll just skip it and go with a simpler design.

I might actually try it, but I'm not good enough with Flash yet.
I was hoping to find a .fla with something close, that I could modify.
That I could handle (maybe, hahah).
