Bookmark Site Script Conflict

Thank you for this script.
It works nicely, standalone, in IE7 and FF2
However, in Opera 9.27 it does not create a bookmark. Instead, it acts as a link and opens the page specified in the url parameter.

I wonder if you have any suggestions for me.
I am using the Thumbnail Viewer script above on a site with art prints and it works very well. In fact, it is a GORGEOUS script.
I test in IE7, FF2 and Opera 9.27.

I wanted to also implement the Bookmark Site script. It works just fine in FF2.
However, in IE and Opera there is a conflict. The thumbnail viewer still works but the bookmark site script simply does not respond at all.

I checked for variable names and there are none in common. The thumbnail script uses the page title so just in case that was the problem, I changed that variable name to descr in the bookmark script but that did not help.

If anyone has any other suggestions as to how I could fix this conflict, I would very much appreciate it.

I know that you cannot possibly test every script with every other script so I am only hoping for suggestions - especially since they do not conflict in FF.
