Question Need Fireworks PNG or Photoshop PSD file

    1) Script Title: Animated horizontal tabs

    2) Script URL (on DD): http://www.dynamicdrive.com/style/cs...rizontal_tabs/

    3) Describe problem:
I'm not a graphic designer. In order to modify these tabs, it would make it easier if I had the PNG or PSD file. Where can I get that?

    Unhappy image source

    bump...

It's great that dymanic drive provides us with html and css code. Why not the image source file as well? We can't do much with a GIF or flattened PNG.

You could just use the .gif image, increase its color depth (to 16 million colors) and save it in your favorite format for more extensive editing. I seriously doubt that there ever was anything more complex than a .gif for this code, and that if there were, it is probably either long gone now, or lost among tons of other files in some backwater folder that was once some sort of working directory.

Now, I cannot know for sure though, I have no access to and have never worked on any of the machines that ever created and/or housed such a supposed file.

What exactly do you want to do to the images? Perhaps I can help you more in your efforts at modifying it.

The Gimp can't do anything that PhotShop cannot do, at least not in this regard. The original post said that the person wasn't a graphic designer, not that they didn't have a graphics program, and it implied that they did have PhotoShop. Why else would they ask for a .psd file?

    To kurtd,

See my previous post in this thread.
