has does anyone know how i can change the icon in the url web address bar

i.e. my website states the url web addres but on ie7 it shows the ie icon i would like to be able to put my icon in there instead of the ie7 one

i have to input that code on every page then

so i am best generating a template first then aren't i - and then make the pages from the template.
