.htaccess change URL

Hello, I have a big cookie problem with my site and long story short I need to use HTACCESS to on every page display the same URL.

thanks for the hlp, but please do NOT suggest iframes, because that is the whole problem. thanks

I really don't think that htaccess could accomplish this. The only real solution would be to either fix the cookie issue with proper coding practices or use (i)frames.
