Suggest a webhost?

Can someone point me to a webhost for one of my clients? The server need to meet these requirements:

• PHP 5.X
• MySQL 5.X
• 1 MySQL Database that can contain 4 tables
• Allows .htaccess files
• Allows images to be uploaded via php (I don't know if any disallow this, but just in case)
• (an SMTP account would also be great, but is not needed)

I will be looking myself, but I was wondering if any of you know a good one that meets these requirements.

WOW! That is insane! Do you use them yourself?

Yes I do, I have 17 sites hosted with them, really no problem whatsoever, for that price. But surely the live chat is very usefull; they really help you out. I surely recommend it.

I figured you would be running write now :-) What is holding you back?

You mean on the server I am creating? My problem on that is finding an ISP for it. No one here has been able to help me find the right ISP. Still looking (If you can point me to a good one, I would be insanely grateful!). And, besides, my client won't want to host his site on my server-- for all he knows, it would have 99% downtime

So yeah, my personal site can't go online until I find the right ISP. Things like this make ya hate life, lol.
