new at this need help have 2 scripts i want to use

okay I have the drop down menu on myleague page and want to add the no right click, I have no idea where or how to find the area that has been discussed in a section that is showing how to do so. I almost need step by step directions. any help would be appreciated.

No right click is useless, trust me. Anyone who want's to do anything that right clicking allows can do so without it AND any browser without javascript enabled will still be able to right click your page.
