im using it on my website i have one question why it does'nt load files and show this loading image http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex17/loading.gif ?

You'll need to download loading.gif and upload to your own server. Then inside the .js file, make sure the path to it is correct.

yea its uploaded on my server and the path is correct too... still not working..

Please post a link to the page on your site that contains the problematic script so we can check it out.

As far as I can see your contents (the content inside the "contentdiv" DIVs) are defined inline on the page, not via Ajax, and hence don't show the ajax loading gif. Please clarify what the problem is.
