I've used this for maybe 9 years now, or some variation (djr33 is my choice, with variations chosen based on availability or limitations on patterns).
It's not complex, though seems to confuse people-- it's my initials followed by a favorite number. That's it
(Nope... not a junior, or a doctor, or anything in between... ha)

for me, its just my initials . since there is so much usernames/ passwords to remember nowadays, i just get the shortest & easiest to remember. I have short-term memory

my name comes from an obssession i had with an anime when i was in the 8th grade, Serial Experiments Lain, main charecters name is Lain, rest isnt to hard to figure out

From when I was fairly young (4 or 5) till a few months ago, I've sought out a career in medicine (just changed my mind in lieu of bigger and better things). Medyman comes from my middle school interpretation of that. A variation of it was my first screenname on AIM. I haven't really used it since but something when registering on this forum made me revive it.
Nowadays, on other design-related forums, I use a username much more meaningful -- my web design company's name (I spare you guys the shameless plug).
