a pop-up blocker it needs to be disabled
How to pop-up blocker to be disabled.

Not a PHP question, and you simply can't. Popup blockers aren't a setting you can change in the code for a webpage-- the whole point is BLOCKING popups. And they're good at it.

As a general rule, it's easier to get a popup to work the more the command relates to the user (like a click-triggered popup is more likely to work than onpageload, but that's not any guarantee).
